As you enter the apartment you have all 3 bedrooms in the hallway. There are large windows in each bedroom for making them airy. A comfortable sleeping place is significant! The spacious living area has comfortable sofa in which you and your loved ones can sink into and enjoy hundreds of shows available on TV. The kitchen is fully equipped to conduct all cooking activities for the group.

This apartment boasts exceptional outdoor living space, with two terraces both with outdoor dining and a BBQ. The wide roof terrace includes lush artificial green grass, offers a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, this is a perfect spot for fun with family and basking in the sun on one of the many sun loungers.

The complex has 2 heated communal swimming pools and offers free sun beds and parasols. This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise. All guests that check in after midnight will incur a £50 surcharge to their booking.

This villa is situated in the most exclusive resort area in Tenerife, Playa Del Duque (Costa Adeje). The resort holds an abundance of 5 star hotels, villas and developments, it is known to locals as the more luxurious part of Tenerife. The nearby Duke Shopping Centre is located 100 meters from the property, here you will find all amenities including many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. A further 700 meters will take you to Playa Del Duque beach which is one of the most prestigious beaches on the island.  The accommodation has all amenities nearby therefore car hire is not required.
