The resort holds an abundance of 5 star hotels, villas and developments, it is known to locals as the more luxurious part of Tenerife. The nearby Duke Shopping Centre is located 100 meters from the property, here you will find all amenities including many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. A further 700 meters will take you to Playa Del Duque beach which is one of the most prestigious beaches on the island. The accommodation has all amenities nearby therefore car hire is not required.

Date of stay: August 2026 Recently returned from fabulous 2 week stay! Central apartment walking distance to everything including beach and pool area has plenty of sunbeds. We would recommend this to anyone wanting large outdoor space. Communication with Tenerife Villas was straight forward and answered all of our questions quickly.
Date of stay: January 2026 Staying at Terraza Del Duque was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the sun was shining and we felt very welcome. The views were breathtaking, and the entire atmosphere of the complex was peaceful. The roof terrace has access to the swimming pool area which was very relaxing. Our family really felt at home and everyone enjoyed staying. We can’t wait to come back!
