The ground floor has a large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge, microwave, table and chairs for 4, also on this level is bedroom 4 with king size bed, bathroom with attached shower, utility room with washing machine and plenty of storage. The large split level lounge/diner which consists of a table and chairs for 6, sofas and chairs seating 8/10 guests plus french doors leading to the private terrace, the TV offers  UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, childrens TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets and catch up and DVD. On basement level is bedroom 5 with two single beds (this bedroom is not fully private). The pool bar offers a large selection of drinks and snacks. Also there is a number of sun lounger’s for your free use. This villa also has private parking.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

This villa is situated on a very popular complex in the central area of Las Americas and only 400 meters from the beach. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and amusements arcades etc. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything that Las Americas has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet. Car hire is not required.
